Buying regret

I bought new balletflats a while back. They were grishkos, and seemed really nice! Turns out they were accually quite poor. The quality looked beautiful and stretchy, but after only 2 uses, there were remarkable distress at the heel. After 10 uses they’re nearly destroyd. I think this most be the worst quality of a flatshoe I have owned. Really disappointing.

Omat polut 2017 coming up

Hello people! So it’s been forever since I last blogged.  This break was due to me having to focus on my last exams, witch has taken very much of my free time.

Anyway, OP is coming soon again, in November. This time I’ll do something different, I’ve included a chair in my choreography. Thought that could be interesting. The song I’m gonna use is Beyonces ”Ave Maria”.. let’s see how everything will work out.

Tomorrow I’m heading off to Helsinki to meet my friend. Maybe I will photographe something there aswell.

It’s such a relief that he exams are over. I promise to try to run the blog from now on when I have time. Now when the exam’s finished, I can focus on whatever I want! I almost cannot believe it!

Stretching

I am not naturally flexible, so I need to do a lot of work that I am even somewhat flexible.

I remeber being 11 when I first started stretching, and I hated it. I just wanted to get the splits, but I hadn’t any patience so therefore nothing happend.

In this day I have started to learn to like stretching. My body really is craving constant stretching. It makes me feel good, to stretch. I currently can go into splits when I’m warm, and much improvement has happend since I was 11. The key to flexibility is patience, you can never start from zero and force yourself into a split.
